The Ties that Bind

 

 

The birdies of Bon Bon Pond send out special calls of appreciation to our west coast correspondent and chief photographer for her gift of the way cool brightly-colored nylon twisty ties that now decorate the suet feeders. Each basket must be securely tied to keep the crows from flicking the latch open and devouring the entire cake. In addition to protecting the food for the smaller avians, they add a festive touch to a world of white.  Muchas gracias!
